WebThe Integrated Community Frailty Team is led by community matrons with advanced skills in the frailty pathway, and is supported by nursing staff, therapists, social care professionals, medicines management and specialt falls assessors. The service is available 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm at weekends. WebDr Tim Alder. Tim has spent 24 years practising as an NHS GP in the Dorset area and 20 years as a partner at Poole Road Medical Centre. He enjoys clinical medicine and family practice, but does feel constrained by the limits of NHS general practice. Tim founded Dorset Private GP along with Dr Jon Echebarrieta and Steve Middleton in 2024.
