Hold one end of the grab bar on the masking tape. Mark the holes' locations with the pencil. WebWarning: Grab bars must support a considerable load stress ( much more than your body weight). If your shower has nothing more than sheetrock behind the tiles, it may not be sturdy enough to support a grab bar. This is not usually the case, but it’s a possibility.
