Getting electric shock when touching anything
WebDuring winter, everyday actions like handling a door knob or flipping on a light switch are more likely to result in a jolt of static electricity shock. WebI didn't see anything there, so I touched the area again and I got another shock. I wasn't majorly jolted... it's like a strong static electric shock you get by touching a light switch. My husband tried it and he got a shock too. I called the electric company and they won't investigate because it's considered "after the meter."
